SCD saltine crackers...Think tiny edible plate for avocado salad, tuna, etc. One tip: Don't be afraid to roll out very thin, otherwise they don't get as crispy as you may hope; use parchment paper, and they are not going to stick and break.2 c almond flour 1/2 tsp salt  1 T of oil or butter Sea salt for top and  maybe some spices like thyme or oregano because these are pretty bland just plain.
