Garlic Butter Shrimp and Quinoa -- Quel surprise! This was delicious (how could it not be? It's drenched in butter). My husband thought it could really benefit from the addition of peas or something else with a little texture to the quinoa.
Garlic Butter White Wine Shrimp Linguine. This is great, and very, very easy. Added broccoli to the boiling pasta, but it was too much. Much cleaner without it. Next time would consider adding a bit more shrimp with the same amount of pasta (I halfed it).
