Okay, so I do know what this item is. My Grandma and Mom always had one of these in their purse when I was a kid growing up. Ladies had to protect those hair sprayed hair dos so the wind and rain wouldnt mess them up. This is new old stock, unused item. A clear rain bonnet comes packed neatly
