Great idea for your school art auction. Mr. Taylor's third graders created a water color, traced their handprint and cut their handprint out. The handprints were arranged on a painted canvas in the shape of a rainbow. Great idea and the lucky parent who bids the highest will take this gorgeous artwork home with them!

Third graders created an underwater scene from a porthole. We used black sharpies and crayons for the color and did a watercolor wash in blues and greens for the ocean water. This was a great chance for them to work on their observation skills as we used pictures to create this work.

Okay, I'm a little bias to this one since it's my practicum teacher, but it's got some great stuff too :)
