Cheddar Chutney Cheesecake - Can use walnuts or pecans. The cooking time is all wrong. It needs to bake for 1 hour and 50 minutes in the hot water bath - at 25 minutes it was still cool in the middle and not set. After 1 hour and 50 minutes, it was set in the middle. I refrigerated it overnight, and when I served it, it was still spreadable. It was so good - I made it for Thanksgiving as an appetizer and my family all loved it!
