Ecuadorian food, this is yummy! Humitas,corn paste like dough with cheese(queso fresco)(salt and pepper to taste or just salt,some people may add more flavors depending where they are from in Ecuador ), wrapped in corn husk tied and then steamed for few minutes done!  unwrap and eat :) I had these in Quito, Ecuador....soooo good! =)
