This simple series is designed to boost your stability, coordination, and confidence step by step: 1️⃣ Opposite arm & toe tap to the side 2️⃣ Opposite arm lift & leg raise 3️⃣ Swing arms & hold knee for 1-2 seconds 4️⃣ Alternating reaches for opposite knees as you lift ✅ How to Do These Moves: 👉🏻Beginners: Start with 8-10 reps per side for each move and repeat the series 1-2 times. 👉🏻 Intermediate/Advanced: Aim for 10-12 reps per side and repeat the series 2-3 times. 👉🏻 Pro Tip: Begin near a wall or sturdy chair for support.
