Glutes and abs last night at @cityfitnessnz followed by pole at The Pole Studio Marlborough . I love mixing strength training with weights and body weight training with #poledance it really helps me gain strength in all areas and increases my flexibility and coordination . The also upside is that I don't have to train upper body at all really because I get a fantastic workout at the pole studio . And the weather is finally looking up today so I cannot wait to go for a long walk after work!!
