Spinach Puffs- delicious, easy and really pretty. Used standard size muffin pan (12 muffins). Used 1 sheet puff pastry cut into 12 squares. Made filling per recipe. Baked 18 minutes to perfection. Can be made ahead so ideal for guests or a really nice appetizer. Easy enough for a weeknight vegetarian meal.
