Spicy Veggie Cheese Bites 1.5 C Veggies (Steamed & Drained) 1/2 C Finely Chopped Habanero Peppers 1/2 C Shredded Mixed Cheeses 1 Spoon Cream Cheese or Greek Yogurt 1 Cup Golden G-Free Flour 1/3 C Flaxseed Mill 1/4 Tsp Red Pepper Flakes 1/4 Tsp Curry Powder 1 Tsp Garlic Powder 1/4 Tsp Basil 2 Tsp of Wine Mix all Ingredients in a Bowl. Dampen hands. Roll & Shape into Bite Sizes. Lightly, Sift Flour Atop. Place in Oil. Sear or Bake; 350: 20 Mins. or unit Golden Brown

Add Fresh Diced: Parsley & Basil, 3 Garlic Cloves, 3 Kumatoes, 1 Habanero & 1 Jalapeño Pepper. Add 3 Tbs Chili Powder, 1/2 Tsp Cayenne Pepper. Add 1/2 C Red Wine, 1/3 C Ginger Brew, 7.4 oz Tomato Sauce, 2 C Spring Water.  Add Cooked Frozen Vegs & Peas. Reduce heat. Simmer for 20 mins. Optional: Add Cooked Alsum Potatoes, Kosher Salt & Morena Sugar
