T.Y. Lin International Group | Projects | Renewable Energy Design Fort Sumter National Monument. Under its Indefinite Delivery Contract with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Charleston District, T.Y. Lin International (TYLI) served as lead design engineer and project manager in support of the National Park Service (NPS) Sumter Energy Project at Fort Sumter National Monument.

Lin International Group | Projects | Master Planning for South Post, Fort Drum Army Base | TYLI prepared a space study and master plan for the design and construction of new facilities for the South Post at Fort Drum Army Base in Jefferson County, New York. The project was overseen by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New York District.
T.Y. Lin International Group | Projects | Investigation and Design of Heating and Cooling System Process & Distribution Facility, USPS. TYLI provided engineering and project management services for the study and redesign of the heating and cooling system for the United States Postal Service Process & Distribution Facility in Charleston, South Carolina.
T.Y. Lin International Group | Projects | Afghanistan Facility Design Prototypes. TYLI as part of a team, prepared Ready-to-Advertise complete architectural and structural designs, specifications, design analysis, and construction cost estimates for multiple forward operating bases (FOBs) in Afghanistan for the Project and Contracting Office (PCO) of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Middle East District. The project was in support of the District’s mission to secure borders in Afghanistan.

Lin International Group | Projects | St. Stephen Dam Fishlift and Powerhouse TYLI provided design, civil and environmental engineering, mechanical and electrical engineering, project management, and other support services to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Charleston District, for the repair of the fish lift and hydropower plant facilities at the St. Stephen Dam and Powerhouse in South Carolina.
T.Y. Lin International Group | Projects | Lifecycle Resets at 81st Regional Support Command. TYLI was the Prime Contractor and provided planning, design, and construction management services for the U.S. Army’s 81st Regional Support Command’s (RSC) program of lifecycle resets. Contracted through the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Charleston District, the project team worked on 32 U.S. Army bases totaling 927,358 square feet of building space.
T.Y. Lin International Group | Projects | Charles George VA Medical Center. TYLI provided Architectural/Engineering (A/E) study and design services for multiple renovation and energy projects at the Charles George Veterans Affairs (VA) Medical Center in Asheville, North Carolina. All project work was contracted by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.
T.Y. Lin International Group | Norwood VA Medical Center Building Envelope Replacement. As part of TYLI’s contract with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Savannah District, on behalf of the Department of Veterans Affairs, the work was funded as an Energy and Facility Project. The design team was tasked with providing a new envelope that performed 30% better than that of the existing structure, which was built in 1977.
