Pistachio Brazil Nut Butter! Ingredients: 1/2 c. pistachios 1.5 c. Brazil nuts 1 tsp. cinnamon Honey or agave, if desired Roasted nuts in a single layer in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 325F. Let cool a pit and pour into bowl of food processor. Process about 7-10 minutes at 30-second intervals. Once creamy add in cinnamon and sweetener and process another 30 seconds. Spoon into glass jar and store in fridge.
