A great dish rich in protein and fibre - our classic Chana Masala recipe can be made in less than 10 minutes! 1.1 jar (250 ml) of GOOD FOOD FOR GOOD Tikka Masala Sauce 2.2 cups Cooked chickpeas (drain and rinse if using canned chickpeas) 3.1/2 cup Water 4.1/4 tsp Salt  Method 1.Add all the ingredients to a pot and cook for 10 minutes on medium heat. Stir occasionally to ensure its not sticking to the bottom. 2.Garnish with cilantro and lime.
