It's a bold ambition for a man who set up a small cafe on a quiet street in Leeds. But Adam Smith's Real Junk Food Project Cafe is different. All the food used in the cafe is "intercepted".
The Real Junk Food Project ... provides meals made from waste food diverted from landfill at the Pay As You Feel (PAYF) Café in Leeds.
