This is a recipe I found on AllRecipes. Ive changed it a bit to suit my familys tastes. It is a WONDERFUL sauce that truly enhances the seafood you use in it. I choose to use primarily scallops and calamari rings with a bit of shrimp in it, however, you can probably add any seafood you like to it and still have it come out wonderful! Serve this one up with some fresh bread and youll be in heaven!

Rosemary Sweet Potato Stackers made in muffin tins at bowl whisk together oil, chopped rosemary, salt, and pepper. Add 5 sliced sweet potatoes and toss to coat evenly. Layer slices into muffin pan and fill to the top.
Baked or stir fried Pineapple Ginger Chicken smothered in the most crazy delicious sweet pineapple sauce with a ginger Sriracha kick that is WAY better than takeout. I would do this with sugar free pineapple jelly and no brown sugar
