I am addicted to all things New Orleans and this recipe made me feel like we were right back there! We made this and poured the shrimp and sauce over some white rice along with a side of sourdough bread. It made such a good meal.

YUM! and healthy, too!

1 lb shrimp, dry ranch mix, 1 sliced lemon, 1 stick butter  Preheat oven to 350. Melt butter and cover bottom of baking dish. Layer lemon slices on top of butter.
