Packing clothes or supplies in inexpensive plastic drawers? Would provide some easy access storage on site, as well as creating some "vertical" space? Would also contribute to that sense of "home away from home". Just an idea.
Use a 24 pocket over the door shoe organizer to organize my 4 kids' socks for the week (each kid gets a vertical column for 5 pair of clean socks and 1 pocket for their belt to be put after taking it off). I hope to eliminate the "I can't find any socks" or the "where's my belt" fiascos we dealt with this school year. I can load up the organizer on Sunday night and be done!
Our Grid Totes is one of our favorite solutions to organize your bath essentials. An imperative for the dorm-dweller, a Grid Tote ensures the trip down the hall to the showers is hassle-free. Small drain holes allow water to escape, keeping your toiletries dry. To conserve on storage space, the totes stack securely and two small totes will stack on top of a large. Our tote is also a smart way to transport cleaning supplies or gardening tools.
