Charity Miles donates money to charities for every mile that you walk/run/bike! I can't think of any better motivation!!!

Did this yesterday, but modified it to: 60 sec/exercise, 10 sec rest, repeat full circuit 4x. (Not including core circuit.) Took about an hour and I'm feeling it today.
