All Meat and Veggie Paleo Chili Recipe. I removed the onion and increased the amount of celery to 4 stalks. I used 2 medium zucs, 4 carrots and removed the cumin (accidentally) & cayenne pepper. It seemed really thick so I added 15 oz of beef stock. It turned out super yummy and I think this will be a staple in our house for sure! ~Molly :)
