Paloma Picasso may have started as a costume jewelry designer in Paris, but she is best known for her work for Tiffany & Co. To celebrate the 100th anniversary of the famous jeweler, Picasso designed this necklace, which included a 396.30 carat kunzite gem from Afghanistan. The cushion-cut kunzite is set in a yellow gold and diamond ribbon motif pendant. And to top it all off, the necklace also contain 30 South Sea baroque pearls!
