His Royal Highness Prince Vittorio Emanuele of Savoy-Aosta, Count of Torino (1870-1946). Prince Vittorio was famous for having challenged Prince Henri of Orleans to a duel. Henri had called Italian prisoners of war "cowards" in several newpapers. Vittorio was declared the winner after he inflicted a serious wound on his opponent. He returned to Italy triumphant and the King said, "I want to be the first to congratulate you with all my heart on the example you set and the success you scored."
