BLACKBERRY DOOBIE I had a hard time finding this recipe! Added a couple of drops of vanilla, 1/4 more sugar, and a pinch of salt to the berry sauce. Delicious and not as floury and dense as a cobbler. Taste more of the berry flavor. NOTE: If you don't have self-rising flour, for one cup, you put 1/2 tsp of salt and 1 1/2 tsp of baking powder in the bottom of the measuring cup, then fill the rest of the way with flour. Easy.
