I never saw anyone on that roof terrace, although someone must have watered the plants and swept the tiles. I used to wonder about whose it was, and why did they never seem to use it?

Driftwood tiles with tillandsia artfully added. You could also use a cork slab or tile for this air plant project. Tillandsia can be safely glued to wood as long as you avoid drastically coating the roots (we like E6000 glue). You will still need to water them weekly in Colorado, so plan to be able to do that against a wall or take it down for watering.
