Homemade Chocolate Sauce:  1/3c cocoa powder 1c sugar  3/4c evap milk  1/4c butter  1/2 tsp vanilla.  combine cocoa powder and sugar in saucepan.  add butter.  cook and stir constantly until mixture begins to boil.  remove from heat and stir in vanilla.  serve warm.  store in fridge.  can be reheated

Yummy Cranberry Butter-This is soooo good! My husband, who hates cranberries absolutely loved this. Definitely worth making often. It goes great with Thanksgiving dinner, or even on your breakfast toast/bagel.
