I have made rose beads by grinding in the blender with a little rosewater; remove to a bowl and add dry wall paper paste; shape into beads and string with a needle onto a heavy thread. Hang to dry and carefully slide to keep beads free from the thread. After completely dry, scent with rose oil and seal-up as you would for potpourri. String as desired. I have beads that have lasted 40 years when made this way!
