Baked Cabbage - Cut cabbage in half remove stem then cut in strips. Place on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper for easy cleanup. Drizzle olive oil and salt and pepper and hand toss to coat. Bake on 350 for 45 minutes. Leaves that are browned are so amazing and will be fought for. NOTE: Brussel sprouts can be made the exact same way.
