When I first started yoga I was focused on relaxing and becoming more flexible. I have improved on those things but I've also learned how helpful yoga can be in all parts of my life. Try something new, get out of your comfort zone, and don't focus on the stereotype that yoga is only for flexible people.
I truly am enjoying getting back into yoga, because I personally believe it allows me to start my day with positive vibes and emotions. Which I think in the long run this can help with my social, school and work related skills and activities. If I can start my morning with a positive impact then it bond to continue through the who day, or at the least leave me optimistic.
