Steak and Pine Nut Salad Super easy.. cook your steak and season how you like and cut into strips. Can either have it cold or warm on your salad. I used mix greens, half a tomato, carrots and half an avocado. Toast half a cup of pine nuts in a skillet on low heat until golden brown ( I melted coconut oil in the skillet first before adding the pine nuts). Dressing- balsamic vinaigrette and added a teaspoon of honey to it. Yum!!!
