First in line for the 2013 shipping season at the Soo Locks! From Tom Cash: "Docked at the Corps of Engineers building, waiting like the first person in line at a rock concert, is the MV Paul R. Tregurtha. "Looks like the largest ship operating on the Great Lakes will be the first one through the Soo Locks when they open for the 2013 shipping season on March 25 at one minute past midnight.
