Preheat oven Sprinkle tortilla lightly with water cover with plate and microwave until warm. Turn two 12 cup muffin pans upside down. Spray and muffin tin in the space between 4 muffin cups, (as pictured above). Bake in the oven for minutes.
Taco Spaghetti.. I made this with spaghetti squash and it was delicious. Split the squash in half and baked it for 30 minutes first, scraped it into a bowl, mixed in the taco ingredients, and baked. Worked with italian cheese blend (didn't have cheddar).
