About a month ago I decided I needed to change the way I was living my life. I decided to start eating clean (mostly) and I started doing PiYo. I am 5 weeks into the program and I am loving it. I feel so much better. I have more energy. I also have Graves' disease and I haven't had any symptoms in weeks. I believe eating clean and exercising daily is the reason why.
