Explore Light Lake, My Work Color and more!

Photobucket: Kelly, the color of these walls is fairly close to the color I'm thinking of for mine, and this shows you what regular wood (like my ceiling) would look like against it. Ah, decisions, decisions.

I design a lot of coastal color palettes for my clients and every now and then there’s one that even I say “wow that turned out beautiful!”. I recently designed this color palette for a small home that had some light issues and a very dark wood floor. This color palette was perfect!:

The top color is almost a perfect match to one of my favorite colors of all time - Silver Sage, but it is Gray Wisp (Benjamin Moore) - which reads more green in real life, the second color is Collingwood (Benjamin Moore) and the bottom one is Gray Owl (Benjamin Moore). I'm surprised at how much I'm loving the Gray Owl, because I thought it would be too light in here. But it really works with the natural light we get in this room throughout the day.
