Simple Sesame Noodles - simple & delicious comfort food.  I used honey instead of white sugar and red pepper flakes instead of hot chili oil.  Maybe add 1 less tbsp of canola oil next time, but super tasty overall and a hit with the fam.

Better-Than-Takeout Chicken Fried Rice :: I just made this and it is so good! AND super easy. I used her recipe for the chicken, and subbed olive oil for sesame oil (I'm too cheap to shell out $10 for something I'm gonna use in one recipe). Delicious. I highly recommend it. :)

Need to try these!       Philly Cheesesteak Stuffed Peppers  Slice peppers in half vertically, and lay on sides.  Add a slice of cheese.  Saute strips of roast beef or turkey with onions and mushrooms in a bit of oil...maybe add some garlic...  Fill cavity.  Top with more cheese and bake at 350 until cheese is lovely (20-25 min) Low Carb.
