Sometimes you have to get down in really odd positions to get a shot like this! I remember when I took this photo I had my dog in her wheelchair with me bag of poop dangling off of the leash and I was squatting down to take this photo and right after I snapped this I fell back on my rear in the road. starting today with a big THANK YOU. If I had to choose a photo of the year for 2016 this would be it. Not that it is necessarily my favourite or the one Im proudest of but by its undeniable online success. I really dont like to blow my own trumpet as such as I firmly believe there is an element of luck but have a few things Id like to say so please bear with me... First posted exactly a year ago. It brought me more emails and contact than anything else I posted and was pinned on Pinterest…

"I was on a plane and a cute boy sat next to me. It was a long flight, and after talking for a while, we both fell asleep. When I woke up, he was still sleeping—on me! He was so embarrassed, so I jokingly said, ‘Come on, at least ask for my number first!’ He laughed and told me I was funny—and then asked me to put my number in his phone!" —Jenna, 19, NJ - Seventeen.com
