Southwestern egg rolls with avacado dipping sauce (Copycat of Chili's)
Heather made these at the work potluck and they are the BEST SW eggrolls I've ever tasted. She said, "I put them all together last night and froze them overnight. I had to do mine over the stove. I had a hard time regulating the oil temperature. The first one I cut into from that batch were still frozen inside, which was okay since they were going to sit in the roaster until eaten. They do cook a little after you pull them out, but I imagine they’d fry up a lot better in a Fry Daddy."
