3rd students cut shapes for buildings and rooftops from pattern/solid paper. Add chimneys, windows, doors, etc. Repeat the steps for the first layer on a second and taller layer for their middle ground. This layer of the city had details, but not as much as in the foreground. Finally, the last and tallest layer was created with papers that felt like "skyscraper" material. Background= smaller and fewer details as the depth in a piece of work became more obscure in the distance.
