Classic Steak House Rubbed Filet Mignon | We don't go as far as getting filet mignon as it's too far out of the wallet but we will get rib eye or NY Strip every weekend so I'd like to try the rub on one of them if we can find the right cut with the butcher.
Grilled Balsamic London Broil. Marinade for at LEAST 24 hours, I use Flank steak (London broil; not round steak). Broil 8-10 minutes per side in oven six inches from the element or on grill. FANTASTIC!
