The country of Lebanon produces about 7 million bottles of a wine a year. Lebanese winemakers mostly prefer the French varietals for whites and reds blends. The Bekaa Valley is Lebanon’s most important wine region. I've only had one bottle of wine produced in Lebanon...it was expensive but AMAZING!
