Asian Beef and Vegetable Stir Fry 1 1/4 lbs boneless beef steak, cut 1 inch thick 4 c fresh veggies. 1 clove garlic, minced 1/2 c prepared stir-fry sauce1/8 to 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper. Cut beef lengthwise in half, then crosswise into 1/4-inch thick strips. Combine veggies and 3 Tbs water in large skillet. Cover/cook on med-hi heat 4 min or til crisp. Drain. Add beef and of garlic; stir-fry 1-2 min or til outside of beef isn't pinkt. Return all to pan. Add sauce and red pepper.
