Not a huge crossfit fan but this looks like a good way to get in an interesting workout... Could even switch up the moves and as you get more advanced double the reps of each card.

Deck of death. Brian has always referred to it as deck of life, glad others agree on my way of naming it. Choose workouts, assign to suites, reps based on card face, complete entire deck. Jokers can be used for water breaks.
