A normal walking blood sugar is btw 80-110. Most people’s bodies compensate & shut down for the night or the liver will convert & release the glucose necessary. For our son: his body does neither - insulin is continually released & his body cannot make more glucose. His body is literally killing him from the inside. When blood sugar hits 20’s he is at risk for coma & seizures. While most people find rest at night, we fight for our child’s life every single night.
