Korean fried zucchinis are extremely healthy & tasty! It's a common side dish for any Korean meal. Slice Zucchini pieces, 1/2 cup of flour, 2 eggs beaten, 2 tsp salt, 1-2 Tbsp of vegetable oil, Distribute a pinch of salt over the zucchini slices & remaining salt to the beaten eggs. Heat a lightly greased pan to medium heat. Coat the zucchini slices with flour, dip in beaten eggs. Place them in the pan. Saute the zucchinis about 3-4 mins per side, until they're a golden brown color.
