Lau Lau Lau Lau is my version of Hawaiian soul food. Not only because of the greens that are wrapped around this dish, but because it literally feeds the soul for most Hawaiians. This beloved dish is labor intensive. This delicious dish starts with taro leaves which has the same taste as greens or spinach, which is then stuffed with pieces of pork, pork fat and a piece of fish.
McMuffin Casserole This is one of the best breakfast casseroles that we've made. It has all the flavors of an Egg McMuffin in casserole form. This casserole is assembled in minutes the night before and baked when you are ready. I used Bays English Muffins - my favorite. They are found in the refrigerated section of the grocery store, near the milk.
Cranberry Buttermilk Breakfast Cake~ this is the same recipe as the Blueberry Breakfast Cake I have pinned only using cranberries and orange instead of blueberries and lemon, and a slightly increased amount of sugar. Excellent holiday idea.
