Michelle- This one is called ‘The World is in Our Hands’, it is really clever and equally effective. The designer painted a simple earth on a pair of hands then made a sphere shape. This shows the earth and world’s future is in our hands and it also can be see sometime we must hold each other’s hands to create this world. It is immediately recognised by the brain as the earth and incredible.
“I know a 'face' where the wild thyme blows, Where oxlips and the nodding violet grows, Quite over-canopied with luscious woodbine, With sweet musk-roses and with eglantine.” William Shakespeare, A Midsummer Night's Dream | La Cage bordee de fleurs ocres - Sandra Chevrier, Les Cages 2013

The Great Pacific Ocean Garbage Patch is one of the biggest environmental problems that no one knows about. Right now there is an area larger than the size of the continental United States in the Pacific Ocean between California and Japan that has more plastic in it, by volume, than plankton and other sea life. The swirling ocean currents conspire to aggregate trash that doesn't biodegrade (i.e. plastic) into a giant soupy mass of environmental pain. -Shea Gunter
