Nutrition by Design" is going to get launched in Sweden and I'm one of the first persons to work with this. Right now there is 2 flavors. The blue one is chicken breast &green beans with pasta and contains 280 calories, 34g of protein and only 24g carbs. The red one is beef chili beans with rice and contains 330 calories, 34g of protein and 36g of carbs.  This will be launched before 2014 in stores in Sweden! Stay updated! Sloppy Joes med quornfärs 4 portioner  1. Börja med att steka löken i några droppar olivolja i en stekpanna. Tillsätt quornfärsen, champinjoner och morötter och stek i ett par minuter. Tillsätt passerade tomater, tomatpuré och kryddor. Låt puttra i ca 10 minuter. Smaka av med salt & peppar. 2. Rosta rågkusarna och lägg 1/4 av quornfärssåsen på ena halvan och toppa med den andra halvan.

So this is one of my safe havens. And Bec is my carer haha - I get a massage once a month, and honestly, it is the best thing for your body if you are active. All through my full time dance course and having dancing as a career, I always had aches and pains UNTILL I discovered this place! And now I've learnt that if I'm going to put physical pressure on my body, I need to not only reward it with nutritious foods but also give the muscles and bones some R n R.
