Senate Republicans blocked the legislation that would have created 20,000 jobs for veterans on September 19, and then quickly and quietly hightailed it out of town. At the time of the original story, some Republicans asked where was the list of Democrats who voted against this? They didn’t seem to comprehend that every Democrat voted to advance this legislation.
