The film "Aladdin" does not portray good messages in the way that it shows that women getting married is a must. In the film, Jasmine's father, the sultan, wants her to get married off, and tried to find a suitor. She continuously says no, but it seems that she does not have much of a choice. In addition, it doesn't matter who marries her because they will inherit everything. This seems sexist because she is the one who is the princess, but instead the male will rule.
