I do want smaller thighs. I only pinned this for the workout, but not the picture. She is waaayyyy too skinny it doesn't look good or sexy. That looks like a 10 year old girls body. And I'm not trying to look 10. I'm trying to look sexy, healthy and happy with my age my body strength. Of course being realistic and an adult.
This is okay, except you don't want to overwork the same muscle group everyday. so, do abs, butt, cardio, arms and back to abs etc. you get the idea. That way your muscles have a heal cycle and you can keep your workout routine a daily one, if you want. So, just follow the chart via ass days.
