Chicken Bok Choy Stir Fry

A delicious low carb and gluten free chicken bok choy stir fry recipe. The meat is dipped in egg yolks and coconut flour instead of the traditional corn starch mix. |

By Amanda Dulihanty. Stamp "Swallowtail" (Stampin' Up) in black ink in center of 8" x 5" piece of white cardstock. Stamp "Upsy Daisy" (Stampin' Up) repeatedly in green ink at bottom. Color butterfly with various shades of green markers or water brush and ink. Stamp sentiment in green. In landscape orientation, score at 4" and fold with butterfly out. Attach to green card base. [Can make in browns, blues, oranges, etc.]
