Basic Muffin Recipe with Variations: I made the basic recipe plus some slivered almonds, filled the muffin tins half-way, added peach-mango jam and then filled the tins the rest of the way. Very tasty.
This is my modification of Recipe (which I love). Since the muffins taste so much like cornbread, I decided to make a version that actually have corn meal. I also use whole wheat flour and flaxseed meal to make them even healthier.
